Philip brings to NovaJet over 20 years of experience in all areas of the aviation industry. Philip has extensive expertise in the development, execution, and oversight of strategic business initiatives, revenue generation, international operations, aircraft acquisition, marketing, and brand development.

Philip’s entrepreneurial passion and leadership have navigated NovaJet from a small start-up operator to an industry-leading organization. Philip is an active supporter of many charities and is incredibly passionate about the need for companies to demonstrate leadership in philanthropic activities.

Greg Young is a highly motivated aviation professional with over 23 years’ experience working within Global Commercial Aviation Operations. Greg has held senior flight management positions such as Training Captain, Chief Pilot, Authorized Check Pilot, and Director of Flight Operations. He is currently Vice President/Director of Flight Operations of NovaJet.

Greg is type rated on the Dassault Falcon Jet and is both a training captain and check pilot for this type of aircraft. With a career history that has seen Greg gain experience across continents, Greg has an in-depth understanding of safety management, quality assurance, flight operations, ground operations, flight support services, domestic and international regulatory requirements, and public relations. He balances this with his keen focus on operational cost discipline and customer objectives.

Greg is an adaptable and dedicated senior manager with experience in fleet expansions, aircraft entry into service, as well as business transformation. He is also keenly focused on environmental considerations and was key in implementing NovaJet’s carbon offset program, the first of its kind for business aviation in Canada.

Steven is Chairman of the Wise Group of Companies, NovaJet Aviation Group, and KRG Insurance Group. He is also a Director of Wise Management. Steven is warmly proud of his involvement as Founder and Chairman of the KRG Children’s Charitable Foundation.

Steven is a businessman with many years of experience and hindsight. His wealth of knowledge, strategic insights, and contacts are invaluable. Steven is a tireless supporter of many children’s charities and is incredibly passionate that companies need to demonstrate leadership in the pursuit of philanthropic activities tied to their bottom line.

Chris has been an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for over 30 years. His passion for aircraft maintenance is driven by his experience at Welland Aero Centre, where he had the rare opportunity to assist in the restoration of Warbirds for the Canadian War Plane Museum.

To date, Chris has had the privilege of working for some great organizations, including Kelowna FlightCraft Hamilton, Canada 3000, and WestJet. In the corporate sector, he has worked for the TDL Group, and now NovaJet.

Arnie has over 25 years of finance experience in diversified industries.  He started his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and then Ernst & Young where he obtained his CA designation.  Subsequently, he worked in the healthcare, real estate, financial services, and aviation sectors.  Arnie served on several high-profile committees including the Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Board of Directors of CPA Ontario and Mensa Canada.

Arnie has a passion for elevating financial performance while emphasizing strong ethics and continuous improvement.  His focus is on maintaining the highest levels of customer service through superior reporting, financial strategy, and information management.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in sales, operations, and management in private aviation. Gaining exposure to aviation as a teenager through his passion for flying, Mike combines his knowledge of the aviation industry with a strong background in sales and customer service to provide a well-rounded experience for NovaJet clients.

Guy joined NovaJet in 2012 as Captain on the Hawker 700 and moved into the Chief Pilot role in 2016. He is currently Captain on a Challenger 605, which he has enjoyed flying for the past four years.

Guy brings over 20 years of industry experience to NovaJet. He is type rated on aircraft ranging from large turbo props to the Boeing 727, the very aircraft that sparked his love for aviation as a child.

In addition to upholding NovaJet’s rich safety culture through his development of the company’s rigorous pilot standards, Guy is passionate about maintaining a positive work environment for company flight crew. A positive culture based on transparency, trust, and respect sets NovaJet apart within the industry. Upholding his commitment to this culture is a driving force behind Guy’s daily efforts.

Guy has spearheaded several initiatives during his tenure as Chief Pilot, including revamping training programs, as well as helping to reduce NovaJet’s ecological footprint with the implementation of an electronic flight deck. Guy continues to focus on developing and delivering new programs that focus on safety and efficiency within the flight operations department.

Scott Harriman is an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, with more than a decade of management experience and leadership expertise and 24 years industry experience. Through 2000 to present, Scott has served in various roles of increasing responsibilities in corporate aviation. Scott has had the good fortune to work at a variety of corporate settings in aviation including, Grant Forest Products corporate flight department, Quantum Aviation, Blackberry corporate flight department, Toronto Aircraft Maintenance and now NovaJet. At NovaJet Scott oversees the Maintenance Planning, Production, and Materials Management departments to ensure effective, safe and reliable service.

Marlin has over 12 years experience in the Private Charter sector and has been continuously promoted within Sales, Marketing and a range of Operations roles. His people skills, natural talent for logistics, passion for customer service and aviation-based business education are well suited for the position.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, his focus on delivering the highest level of satisfaction to clients and ensuring the most memorable customer experience. With his skills and determination, he plays an integral role in paving the way for NovaJet’s growth and increasing brand awareness.

Bonnie is a seasoned HR Professional and Certified Leadership Coach with extensive experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors.

As Director, People and Culture for Novajet, she provides valuable guidance on leadership and human resources matters, drawing on her wealth of knowledge acquired over many years.

Her genuine enthusiasm is dedicated to building strong relationships between employees, fostering teamwork, and aligning the organization's values with its people strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Bonnie is passionate about developing leaders and assisting employees in reaching their full potential to achieve their goals. Her guiding principle is encapsulated in her motto: "Take care of your people."

Actively involved in professional communities, Bonnie is a proud member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPA) and the International Coach Federation. She generously volunteers her time as a mentor and coach for aspiring leaders and fellow coaches.
