Wise FamilyFoundation

We all have an obligation to help children. This sentiment is what prompted Steven Wise and Susan Zikman Wise to begin their philanthropic journey over 30 years ago. Formerly KRG Children’s Charitable Foundation, the Wise Family Foundation is dedicated to making the world a better place for children and youth. Steven and Susan have worked tirelessly to raise awareness and much-needed funds to make a difference in the lives of children, youth and their families.

Through their commitment, along with their children and the countless volunteers that share their vision, they have funded over $25 million dollars to more than 150 children’s charities. These funds have helped achieve or accelerate breakthroughs in the fields of research and science and have enriched educational and community-based centres for our most vulnerable children and youth.

SickKids Foundation

The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), affiliated with the University of Toronto, is Canada's most research-intensive hospital and the largest centre dedicated to improving children's health in the country. As innovators in child health, SickKids improves the health of children by integrating care, research and teaching.

The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation, affectionately known as SickKids Foundation, is the largest non-governmental granting agency in child health in Canada. Established in 1972, SickKids Foundation has granted over $300 million to The Hospital for Sick Children and over $60 million to researchers across the country.

ISAND

ISAND is a registered non-profit organization in Toronto serving individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Our clinical team includes developmental pediatricians, psychologists and clinicians. We work together to provide developmental medical care, language and social communication therapies, occupational and behavioural therapies, diet and nutrition as well as mental health and wellness supports for individuals and families.
